First visits, made easy. Here's what to expect.

  1. A parent booking a pediatric visit online from a warm, sunlit home

    Book or call

    Book online through our patient portal, or call the office. We'll verify benefits and confirm your visit.

  2. A family preparing ID, insurance card, and immunization records for a first visit

    Bring three things

    Photo ID, your insurance card, and your child's immunization records (if available). For newborns, bring discharge paperwork from the hospital.

    Meet the team

    Plan on about an hour for a first visit. We take time to listen, do a thorough exam, and answer every question you have.

    Stay connected

    After your visit you'll get a summary, instructions, and a clear path for follow-up. Refills and routine questions go through our office or telehealth.

What to bring

A quick checklist

  • Photo ID for the parent or legal guardian
  • Insurance card (or Medicaid card)
  • Immunization records, if available
  • A list of any current medications
  • For newborns: hospital discharge paperwork
  • Forms that need to be signed (school, sports, camp)
